Hospice provides on-call coverage 24/7. A registered nurse and a social worker or spiritual counselor are available to assist you.
Please contact us in the event:
- The patient has a change in condition or is experiencing uncontrolled symptoms.
- The patient is near death or has died.
- There are questions about medications, supplies, equipment, or visit schedules.
- Extra support is needed for emotional, spiritual, or financial issues.
To ensure we respond in a timely manner, please call the office rather than a hospice staff person's cell phone. Thank you!
*Please note that emergency services such as ambulance transports or ER visits must be prior authorized by a hospice team member in order to be covered by hospice.
