Fifth Annual Home Health United Golf Tournament

Bob Lindmeier, WKOW-TV meteorologist is Honorary Chair, official greeter and emcee.

Special entertainment surprises along the way!

After golf: Appetizer Dinner, cash bar, silent auction, raffles, prizes awarded.

Proceeds benefit two great causes:
HHU Meals on Wheels program in Madison, Middleton and Monona: funds raised through this event help ensure anyone who qualifies for and needs a meal in one of these communities will receive one.

And HHU Hospice program in Sauk, Columbia, Richland, Juneau and surrounding counties: funds raised help support Hospice programs and services for patients and their families who may not be able to afford them.

Individual registration: $135 per person includes:


  • 18 holes of golf

  • GolfTech Initial Evaluation (1hr)
  • 15-foot Autumn Blaze maple tree from A.L. Landscaping (includes planting and landscaping) within 10 miles of Madison
