Drew’s Story

Consider for a moment what it means to “live independently” in your own home. Most of us take for granted that we get up in the morning, shower, eat breakfast, and go about our daily activities. But what if it was not so easy?

Helping the folks we serve live independently in their own homes is what we at Home Health United strive for every single day. It’s our mission!

Drew is 18, has cerebral palsy, and depends on his power wheelchair from Home Health United to live a full life. How full? Drew not only goes to college, but he also lives in the dorms! And that is only the beginning. Drew has hunted mule deer and antelope in Wyoming, climbed bluffs at Devils Lake, and finances college with a job at US Cellular.

There are so many stories about people like Drew we can tell, but they all share the same message. It takes a team of people to make our mission possible and as a donor, you are an essential part of the Home Health United team. It is your gifts that help us make a difference in the lives of people we serve. Honestly, we could not do it without you!
