Home Health United Wish List

Many people like to give useful, tangible gifts to Home Health United. The following is a list of suggested items that our staff members have indicated would benefit patients, staff and volunteers. If you would like to donate one of these items or funds to purchase a specific item, contact Pam Godfrey, donor relations coordinator, or (608) 276-7590.

For the St. Clare Hospice House

  • Donations for the Resident Fund ($225 per day room and board expense)
  • One bird feeder
  • Bedding
  • Fold up cot
  • Lift/reclining chairs for each room

For the Hospice Program

  • Extra long twin sheet sets for hospital bed rentals
  • Washable mattress pads
  • Baby monitors
  • Personal safety/bed alarms (estimated cost: $50 each)

For Home Health Staff

  • E-Learning Development (estimated cost: $50,000)
  • Conference Phones to enable staff to participate in meetings and educational sessions without traveling distances (estimated cost $900 each)

For volunteers (Meals on Wheels and Hospice)

  • Gas cards (any amount)
