Home Health United offers an integrated and comprehensive variety of patient care services. We are dedicated to helping people remain independent in their own home, by providing the very best in nursing services, medical equipment and supplies, medical social services, rehabilitative therapies, companion caregivers, Meals on Wheels and hospice. Our service area includes parts of 23 counties in south central Wisconsin.

The caring services of Home Health United are offered through the three divisions:

Visiting Nurse Services:Ensures essential certified nursing, occupational, physical and speech therapy and hospice services. Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Community Health Services: Includes the Meals on Wheels program, Flu Vaccination, Corporate and Community Health and Wellness and Companion Caregiver programs.

Home Medical Equipment: Offers an extensive line of medical supplies, equipment and respiratory therapy services.

One call to Home Health United can provide you with access to services that will give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing you or your loved one can remain independent at home.
