Home Health United, in partnership with United Way of Dane County is providing a program for residents of Dane County aged 65 and older. The focus of S.A.F.E. at Home is to reduce falls and help individuals stay as safe and independent as possible in their own home or apartment.

The S.A.F.E. at Home program provides an in-home assessment which includes a basic safety assessment of your home environment, a careful review of all of your medications by our pharmacist, recommendations for making your home safer and information on resources available in your community.

Our goal is to keep people as healthy, safe and independent as possible in their own home setting.
